timeout or timer inactive????

hi there.. i was using logic express 7.1 and it was working fine... updated it to 7.1.1 and its giving me this errror msg saying..no osx midi driver found?? y is that?? i use yamaha motif es keyboard for midi.. i downloaded its driver again but still its givin same error... dont know wat to do!!!! help!!!!!!
