No iTunes store, no Gracenote database, no CD import

I have iTunes for Windows. I have been unable to get access to the iTunes store for a week. I also cannot use the Gracenote media database and I can no longer import CDs onto my iTunes account through an external disk drive. I have cleaned my DNS cache and downloaded a new version of iTunes, as Apple has advised. None of it works. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can fix these problems?
