Spilled Red Bull on keyboard. Tried taking key off to clean as it was sticky and broke the little plastic suspension underneath. One of the little teeth came off. Can apple supply new parts and repair it?

Red Bull is probably among the worst things you could spill on your computer, right up there with fruit juices, because of all the sugar in it. Apple will be happy to repair your machine, but you should expect it to cost many hundreds of dollars, because every part that the RB reached will be replaced.
The computer itself is completely fine. It was one key that was left sticky. I pulled it off and broke the plastic suspension underneath. It's not a case of replacing many parts in the computer, just the little tiny plastic bits under one of the keys.
Take it in to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment first). Don't try to hide what happened. If you're lucky, they'll have a replacement part handy and install it while you wait. If not, they'll take the machine in for repair and replace the keyboard and/or the top case, depending on whether the keyboard is available as a separate part.
