How to sell my used iPad2

The iPad2 is a great device . . . no question. But, as with many things I've purchased, I've discovered that I really don't need my nearly new iPad2--and just might be able to find a better use for whatever money I can get for it. What's the best way to prepare my iPad2 for sale, and then sell it?

You can clear its contents via Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings . Depending on how long you've had it and where you bought it from, have you checked whether you're within the store's returns policy ?

Thanks . . . the first part of your response is VERY helpful. I might have figured that out myself . . . but, maybe not, too. Anyhow, as for the second part: I bought it through Amazon . . . through one of those independent dealers. Frankly, was a little skeptical about doing it that way, but it's exactly what it is supposed to be. Of course, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to return it to that seller. So, I guess if I "erase all content and settings," I could then sell it through Craig's List, et al, yes?
