Downloading and Installing Templates

I wonder if you have a third-party app that interferes with the process by trying to unpack the package file. If so, disable it for these templates.

I don't know why, but that particular template is missing the Numbers template extension. Add .nmbtemplate to the folder name & it will become a Numbers template.

Also post to the download site so they can make the correction.

Your link isn't working. I'm not sure if it's the link or iWork Community but my bookmark does not have www as part of the link. I can't find anything by searching either so I think you'll need to repost the link or, at least, the name of the template.

But, for starters, you shouldn't need to use Get Info to rename the file, you can do it in Finder.

The link did work for me, the file downloaded and opened without any problem.

You've already said, emphatically, that you don't have a third party app like Stuffit, so I have no explanation for the difference on your system.
