I want to connect my Sony HDR-PJ10E camcorder to my PowerbookG4, but my computer doesn't see it, because there's no Firewire-acces in my camcorder, only USB. What should I do?

Are you saying that when you use your Mac's USB port it does not see the camcorder?
OK assuming you have a USB 2.0 interface, you may need to select "Mass Storage" for the USB Connect setting (USB-verbindingsinst) . Around page 94 or 95 of the user manual for the camcorder.
If you do not have USB 2.0 on your machine (Titanium PowerBooks, for instance), then you will find that it may take forever to transfer the data and you may need to get a PCMCIA card adapter for USB 2.0.
