Error: -1610 on iPod Updater install
When I try to install the iPod Updater software, I get the above error - full text is "Feature transfer error. Error: -1610. The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel."
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, as well as the older versions of the updater and QuickTime itself as a separate, standalone program. I've tried all of the above more than a few times to no avail. I've downloaded fresh copies of all installer programs (Updater, iTunes, QuickTime) directly from the Apple website more than once just to be sure it's not a problem with a bad download.
