Mozy backup won't uninstall

I click on the Mozy icon and select UNINSTALL. I bypass computer PASSWORD since I don't use one, but it only asks me again if I want to UNINSTALL Mozy - it never does anything. Help from Mozy told me to see if the little LOCK in the corner was locked but there is no LOCK in the Mozy Pane, anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this off. Thank you.

I asked this question because I thought Mozy wasn't going to continue to help me - but they did and Mozy is now UNINSTALLED.

I went to SYSTEM PREFERENCES - clicked on ACCOUNTS - clicked on the account that is ADMIN.

I don't use a password - but I was told to go to CHANGE PASSWORD in the main window - and go through the motions of changing the password.

I left PASSWORD "blank" again - and told it to Change the Password.

Mozy immediately UNINSTALLED when I tried it again!

Hooray!
