Its only syncing the email and not the number to yahoo contacts. And some contacts just wont sync at all. This is only a new problem and never happened before. Any solutions?

How are you syncing Yahoo! contacts? Are you syncing them to your Vista machine, then syncing to your iPhone using iTunes? Did you just choose Sync Yahoo! contacts in iTunes? Or did you add a CardDAV account to the iPhone?
The easiest and least intrusive troubleshooting step is power cycling the iPhone.
If that doesn't work, you may want to take a look at this Yahoo! article, and setup a CardDAV account or clear Safari cookies by tapping Settings-> Safari->Clear Cookies.

iTunes only syncs some of the info from my contacts Yahoo! contacts.
