The rear-facing camera is '720p', which translates to 1280 x 720 pixels, or 921600 pixels, .92 megapixels.

For stills:

Front camera: 640 x 480 (W x H) = 307.200 pixels, about 0.3 megapixels

Rear camera: 960 x 720 (W x H) = 691.200 pixels, about 0.7 megapixels

For movies at 29 frames per second:
