I need print Tickets, from the iPad.
I prefer not do it trough mac or pc.
Any suggestions?

There is a feature on the iPad called AirPrint.

To the best of my knowledge, it is not possible to print from the iPad via Bluetooth. As Chris mentioned, there is a feature called AirPrint, but that only works via WiFi and only to printers that support it, currently only provided by Hewlett Packard. Without knowing the model of printer you have I can't say with certainty, but it's probable that you'll have to print by routing the print job through a Windows or Mac system.
