How do I grab an animation from a web site?

Is it possible to grab an animation from a web site? I'm trying to grab an animation of an Endocrine System negative feedback loop (not that that means anything to most of you) and I'm wondering if it is possible.

Thanks for any help.

Not knowing how far along you are, if it is a gif image and you have gotten it to your hard drive (dragged, copy/paste or whatever) and you're looking at it in Preview, it won't animate there but you can keep clicking the Next button to flip through it. If you right-click on the file in Finder and open with Safari, it will animate it there.

possible, although depending on what you plan to do, you'd maybe want to check that the site owners are happy with that.

it's a Flash animation - http://media.pearsoncmg.com/bc/bc_0media_ap/humanbio_anims/animations/hormonal_f eedback_loops.swf

& could be saved locally, then be embedded in a webpage just as they have, or run directly in a browser or Flash player application.
