Mini 4,1 only 1.5gb Sata, will be frimware update as for 13" MBP (efi 1.7)?

Hello.

About MacBook Pro EFI Firmware Update 1.7 (Post Date: June 22, 2009)

MacBook Pro EFI Firmware Update 1.7 addresses an issue reported by a small number of customers using drives based on the SATA 3Gbps specification with the June 2009 MacBook Pro. While this update allows drives to use transfer rates greater than 1.5Gbps, Apple has not qualified or offered these drives for Mac notebooks and their use is unsupported.

So Apple plan update firmware for MacMini ? I have v. 4.1 and SSD disk OCZ Vertex 2 and ...... only 1.5gb speed conection on SATA II !@!

or MacMini users are second category :-/ and can't use SSD disks.

I know, but as i try to search in many forums (also MacRumors) information about this problem and ... it was lot about MBP, not too much about Mini.

I try to find users with this same problem, may be if all try to push Apple, they update firmware.

Well, these forums are not for that purpose. Try the many other rumor forums or send Feedback to Apple.

So do you try to say that this is not technical problem ?

Then why in product desc. is SATA II ? For me it's technical problem as I can't use product for which I paid.

It was my idea change desktop PC to MiniMac and instal SSD drive, after reading the specification of the Mini I stated that SATA II will be OK even if now SATA III is future. And what I have now ? Technical problem, SATA downgraded to SATA I.

Also talk about firmware update which solve this problem is not "future development" for me, just it's this what can solve issue.

BTW. I sended feedbck to Apple, but I have no hope ...

BTW 2. Then why discusion in link https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2036732 was OK ? but this what I wrote is not ?

this same forum as I see. hymmm.
