hi i brought a iphone 4 from ebay , but it turned out to be network barred.
this means that the network company has barred the phone because it has been reported lost or stolen.
does anybody know if apple can replace this phone for me? at any cost etc ?

You're already guilty of 'handling stolen goods' then? Return it to the seller as quick as you can and keep your fingers crossed that it will be the end of it for you!
