How do I view "notes" that were stored on my Windows7 computer during a backup of the Iphone 3GS? Thank you

If you're syncing your notes with something, view them in that application.
If you want to see the notes in your backup, try this... http://mobilesyncbrowser.com/
Seriously?? How could Apple not be syncing their default Notes application with itunes?
i tried the mobilesyncbrower.com and it allowed me to look into my old backups but my 2 most recent backups says that it's encrypted. Do you know how can get passed the encryption?
