How can I talk to someone about iTunes charges?

Hello,

Thanks for your time.

I have been very ill for months and have not been keeping track of my credit card charges (I know-my bad).

Now I see on my last 2 statements that I have several iTunes charges that I did not do.

I want to cancel/close my iTunes account to stop this charges.

Not sure why they would have done that, unless the charges are on your iTunes account(s) - which I assume they weren't as you say that the card was hacked, not your iTunes account.

If the charges are not on your iTunes account(s) iTunes Support are very unlikely to be able to directly help you due to legal / privacy reasons, it's the job of the card issuer to content iTunes and deal with them and the charges.

If the purchases are on your iTunes account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

So it was your account that was hacked, not the card. In that case contact iTunes Support via one of the above links - as you said that you instead contacted the card issuer as far as iTunes is concerned you probably now owe them for those refunded charges, if that is the case it's likely to be why you're having problems with the account.
