How many browser do you have installed? Safari is the only browser installed by Apple.
when i click on the safari app it takes me to the last page i was on. Is there a home page for safari?
Here's how you set a home page.
Navigate to the page you want to use as a home page then tap the icon just to the left of the Safari address bar then tap: Add to Home Screen.
Safari is the default browser on all iPads, and that cannot be changed. When you touch a link in an email, for example, it will open Safari. You can download and use other browsers, and many apps have built-in browsers, but you cannot change the default from Safari.
Im sorry Im such an idiot when it comes to this. Every page it set up as a home page, when i click on a video it says that i need a flash player. I know ipad doesnt use flash. Is there a web site thats supports html 5. Sorry again like i said Im an idiot with in this area
This would simply add an icon of that web page to the iPad's Home Screen, but wouldn't actually make that particular web page the home page for Safari.

A website for what? Thousands (millions?) of websites support HTML5.
