Schedule Mail.app to send an Email in the future

I have not used any of these, just a quick google search and I found these. I hope that do what you need.

Hi - did either of these work?

I can't get this to work in 10.7.4 Lion. I've restarted and all....bummer!

I will say that Mail Scripts does work. I have used it for a couple of years and it allows me to create an email, save as DRAFT, then run the script for it to send it out in the future.

It even still works on Mountain Lion 10.8.1

How did you make it to work in Mountain Lion? I tried but it wont send the message, says there is an error identifying header etc...Would you be able to tell us how you made it worked in your case? Do you use Mountain Lion as well? Thanks much.

ChungaSoft just realeased a plugin for Mail which does exactly this...provides a second "send" button right next to the main one which opens up a dialog box allowing you to specify the date and time for the email you have open to send. Then the message sites in your outbox and sends when you told it to. Much easier and slicker way to do this than using Automator. http://www.chungwasoft.com/sendlater/

Ditto on ChungWaSoft. Works great to schedule emails that you want to go out later. Keep in mind Mail needs to be open and your Mac needs to be awake. Its $10US.

You say its free, but I just paid $10 for it. Is it truely free or do you mean there is a free version?

I did not pay anything.

It's the same program as you recommended. Maybe a fee or the program will be blocked after 30 days, but nothing on macupdate.com said anything. I'll let you know if anything do occur.

With iMail update today the sendlater program I installed https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/49042/sendlater has stopped working.

Question: Since you paid for your version are you able to continue working?

I'm using Mail 6.6 (OSX 10.8.5) and SendItLater still works fine.
