I have powered down the IPAD and have still not been able to exit my AOL email account. I don't see a "log out" option for exiting email. What do you think the problem is?
There is no problem if you are talking about using the Mail app for your email. You can't log out of your account from the Mail app on the iPad. You can turn off the account in the settings but not log out.
Your email will always open to last place it was at when you quit the Mail app. If you were viewing an email in you AOL account and then you leave the Mail app, when you go back, it will be in the same place.
