iPhone 4 (white) wont ring out loud, only vibrate?

I've tried restoring the phone, checking the slient switch on the side of the phone, truning the volume up and restarting the phone. Nothing seems to work. How do I fix this? Do I need to take it back to apple?

Do you get any sounds when you have headphones plugged in?

Sometimes the iPhone gets a little confused and thinks headphones are plugged in when they are not.

If that's not the case, then you would want to take it to an Apple store for warranty replacement.
