can't verify server identity note comes up but ipad is frozen and i can't use it

Message "Can't verify server identity" note comes up and ipad is frozen. How do I unfreeze?

Hold down the button on the bottom right side and the button on the front left face at the same time. The apple symbol will come up and you just need to wait until it reboots
