I would like to know if I can annotate a picture in IPhoto. By this I mean adding the description directly on the picture. I was able to add description in IPhoto 09 but can't figure how to do this in IPhoto11.

To place type on a photo you must use an external editor - iPhoto does not have that capability - iPhoto can add information about a photo but not on it
