The phone works perfect, when i make a call i hear perfectly and the other person the same, the problem is when i switch to speaker, i can hear everythin but the other person cant hear a thing. WHATS GOING ON!!!

😠 Same here.....very irritating not to be able to use your hands free speaker phone. My boyfriend has the black iphone 4S and works fine, however mine is white and nobody can hear me if I am on speaker phone. I can hear them though yet everything works fine without speaker on. Callers can make out what I say if I hold the phone close to my mouth and talk VERY loud but it is still muffled. Any fixes for this? I see a lot of threads for the opposite issue where they can ONLY hear caller if they USE the speaker phone. Grrr.... 👿
