Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I was making adjustments to a image and wanted to see if there was a setting in Preferences to make a common adjustment permanent. The Preferences no longer comes up, or is a narrow vertical rectangle. What happened? And, how do I fix it?
For starters I would try quitting Aperture moving the preferences file ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Aperture.plist to the desktop restart Aperture and se if that fixes the issue.
Thank you, yes, that fixed the problem. I sure wish I had a clue as to what caused the preferences to get hosed-up.
I have a similar problem, Aperture 3.6, when I try to open Aperture Preferences, I just get a very slim white line about 1 ½" long appearing on the screen. I tried what you suggested , but this didn't work for me. Victor
