Why is my MIDI reverting the changes I make on the mixer?

I have several MIDIs that I created on my PC using Fruity Loops. When I upload them into Logic Pro, all the tracks appear fine. I can edit the sequencer, switch out the instrumentation, yadda-yadda. But when I make changes with the mixer (slider or pan) it'll switch back to it's original setting. That is, if I push "enter" and jump the beginning. If I just click a spot within the song, it'll keep my changes. But once I click "enter" then "spacebar", it jumps back up to uniformity.

Help?
