My ipod was stolen by my sons friend and they set a passcode to it! I got it back and they cant remember the passcode. Ive tried so many times that it has locked me out completely! Help!!!! how can i reset the passcode, so i can use my ipod again????

You have to reset the iPod:
Attach it to the Computer, open iTunes, and click "Restore". All music and files are deleted from the iPod and settings are reset to default factory settings.
After that sync back your music, videos and photos from iTunes to the fresh iPod.
In order to restore your iPod you need to place the iPod in recovery mode. For recovery mode see:

If you do not place it i recovery mode, you will have to enter your passcode in order to restore the iPod.
