How do I update my Ipod to the new iOS 4.3.3 version?

I am trying to update the iOS version from 4.1 to 4.3.3 since Saturday and I never get success. I tried to disable the Windows and Norton firewall and I didn´t get success too. I don´t know what to do more. When I try to download the new version, the process reaches almost 200 Mb, but it fails all of sudden. I have ever read many documents on Apple support and the problem continues.

Help me!!!
