Cannot download photos from iPad to PC

Dear all,

I have tried to use the camera connection kit to copy some photos (jpeg + raw) from Camera to my iPad2. I can successfully view the copied photos in iPad2.

However, I cannot find the way to download these photos from iPad2 to my PC.

Even though through iTunes, it seems only provide the option to sync photos from PC to iPad2 but not vice versa.

Please kindly advise if you encounter the same problem or any setting missed.

(as per screen capture above, no photos from iPad2 is showing for further action)
