My I pod touch will not sync a djay app I puurchased help!!

Any restrictions activated on your ipod for app installation?
Did you try to download it using the ipod and Wi-Fi? Apps can be downloaded again for free.
No restrictions at all. I did down load the app from the app store to my lap top and tryed to sync the app using my lap top, at first I had t up date the ios to 4.2.1 no problem there. Now it unchecks it self and wont sync at all.
Did you check the preferences for the app? Can you use it with you ipod model? Last time I had an app unchecking itself because it was not made to work on the iPhone 3G and it synced without problems to my iPhone4.
Just checked, it will work on a 3 and 4G ipod touch, no older model.
