You need to get them into a supported contact application on your computer, from there you can then sync them to your phone.
Can you pls name some "supported contact application". I tried with Nokia PC Suite but did not find much useful. please let me know in bit detail. Thanks.
If using Windows, you can use Windows Address Book or Outlook. On a Mac, Address Book. Can you not export your contacts from the Nokia PC Suite in CSV format? From there, you could then import them to Outlook.
