AT&T needs ICCID and IMEI numbers to activate data plan and these numbers are suppose to be in Settings>General>About, however I just see Serial Number there and cannot find ICCID or IMEI there. Where and how can I find these numbers?

Julian is right, only the Wi-Fi + 3G models have a ICCID and IMEI number. A lot of people get Wireless Broadband and Wi-Fi confused... they are similar but not the same thing. check the back of your iPad, if it doesn't have a black bar/section at the top (thats the 3G antenna) then its a Wi-Fi only model
I'm going to jump in here since I have the same issue - I just got an iPad2 3G, I was able to activate the 3G and use it with Safari, but the IMEI and ICCID are still not listed in the general>about section.
Everything else is listed there, and like I said, it's working fine - I just want to jot down the numbers in case I need them at a later date.
Does it take some time after activation for them to show up there?

Thanks, I tried that - however I just looked at another users iPad and it's the same thing. Must be a difference bewteen the Verizon (not listed) and the AT&T (listed) iPads.
Cannot see iccid when I go to General>About I need it to activate data plan.
