How to mirror Mac screen on iPad ?

Hi,

sometimes, I'd like to use my iPad to display my Mac screen (preferably by mirroring than screen extension) onto my iPad.

Is there a way to do this ? By cable ? by Wifi ?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the tip.

This is the answer I just got from them (AirDisplay dev. team) :

Our Air Display app allows you to mirror with your Mac display once connected. You just go to System Preferences>Displays>Arrangement and check the mirroring option. To let you know, OS X requires that both screens have the same resolution once mirroring is enabled. That means if you mirror with your iPad, your Mac screen will change to 1024x768.

Hello, FraPe.

There are a few apps that allow you to control your Mac from a remote location, or "mirror" to your iPad.

My preferred Method is using LogMeIn. They have a free app that allows full control of your desktop, including specially keys.

You can also use an app called MochaVNC, but it requires more setup than LogMeIn.

I saw that some people have recommended iDisplay. While this option works, I haven't found it as useful, and usually laggy.

Hope this helps,

Matthew.
