my iphone screen is moving around

My iphone just started doing this today. The screen moves around, kind of up n down like it wants to be bigger than its supposed to(if that makes sense) and wont stay still, it wont allow me to even open some things. I noticed it about an hour ago. It looks normal, but when I go to click any icon, it moves like its going to make it much bigger. The buttons at the bottom to press are no longer visible and you cant scroll to get to them. I havent added anything or even searched anything on Safari that would cause a virus or anything. I tried restoring the phone completely and to much dismay...the problem is STILL there. How can I fix this?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.3.2

I just searched and figured it out. Unsure why it got set to "ON" but if youve got this issue, go under Settings, General, Accessibility and turn OFF Zoom. *whew* I just got my phone a few months ago and sure didnt wanna send it in and be without it til they fixed it!

Thanks a million for your help. The same problem happened to my iPhone today and I gave up on finding a solution and planned to go tomorrow to the Apple Store and buy a new one until I found your post and everything went back to normal. Thanks again for sharing this nugget.
