how do I get out of 'groups'?

I tapped into my contacts and then tapped on 'groups' which I can now NOT get out of and back to my contacts - any suggestions please?

G3, Mac OS X (10.2.x)

What happens when you tap "All Contacts"?

Thanks, not sure how I got out of it but I did! I think I went into Settings and switched the Contacts sync off - not sure but did something!
