does anyone know how you can save an audio file that has been sent as a sms text message from another phone to an iphone 4 since there is no save icon on the phone compared to an image where it says save image?

Open the conversation>edit>highlight the audio message>forward->instead of entering a phone number enter your email address. Now, you can download the file like a normal attachment. |
there's actually an easier way, get the iTim Text App from the appstore and forward the audio to your itim app. iTim is the only text with true MMS capabilities and it allows you to receive audio texts and saves them. Go to http://itimworld.com to get the app
