This is a copy of printers that work with the ipad
HP Envy eAll-in-One series (D410a)
HP Photosmart Plus e-AiO (B210a)
HP Photosmart Premium e-AiO (C310a)
HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-AiO (C410a)
HP Photosmart e-AiO (D110)
HPPhotosmart Wireless e-AiO (B110)—Europe and Asia-Pacific
However the HP iprint app which you can get in itunes for free works for me
The iPad doesn't support printing over BT. You could check the App Store to see if there is an app that will allow you to do it. Take a look at Print Central.

I understand the HP 470 is available in a version that also has WiFi. Can yours be upgraded by adding a WiFi card? If so, then iPad Apps like Print n Share or PrintCentral will be useful.
Otherwise you will need to connect the printer to a host computer, and share it over WiFi. One program that can do it is Printopia for the Macintosh.

Please check the solution called Walk'n'Print (walknprint.com), there is a solution for portable printing from iPad to portable printing devices from Canon and HP.
The solution itself as well as the supported portable printers run on batteries as well as on 12V AC car charger.

Your URL did not work for me, but this did: <http://www.walknprint.com/>
It appears the device is not available yet. You must be one of the "beta testers"!
