iOS 4.3.2 Active Sync Excessive 3G Data Usage, Battery Life, Heat

iPhone 4 iOS 4.3.2.Active Sync Problem. Phone is getting really hot, battery life is poor and 3G data usage is through the roof. Problem definitely related to MS Exchange Active Sync. If I disable my Exchange email account all these problems go away. I have been using MS Exchange and Active Sync for about 2 years on my iPhone 3G and for the past 6 months on my iPhone 4 and never had a problem until I update my iOS to the 4.3.2 release. I tried to update to the 4.3.3 but this did not correct the problem. Any ideas what could be the cause?

my wife's iphone 4 averaged 55mb of data per month for 5 months, the last 6 dyas we were charged 1400mb!

AT&T no help!

Went to Apple store in Austin, explained the issue, tech took 5 seconds to relate the exchange server problem to our trouble. Wiped the phone clean, we came home and synched as a new iphone, restored without the exchange account, set up the exchange account, all is good. AT&T support is the worst in the WORLD!
