Internet is not working on ipod. I already reset network settings and turned it off but it is still not working. Should I reset content and settings?

I tried to pair my Blackberry 9630 to my ipod touch. When they couldn't be paired I pushed the ignore this device button, reset all settings, but now internet is not working. Reset network settings, turned it off nad powered it back on but still can't get internet to work. What can I do??
