FYI: The iTunes Store will place a minimal authorization hold on your credit card each time that you update your account information (equal to around 1 USD). The authorization hold is not a charge. The authorization hold is placed on your credit card to make sure that the information provided matches the information on file with your financial institution. The authorization hold will not be displayed in your iTunes Store purchase history.
Just incase you tried it 100 times, your bank will hold $100.00.
Apple can see my account, everytime, but i still cant access any apps to "purchase"(free apps). I live in Germany with a PO box, tried several cobinations and they all are counting at my bank....
Looking for an updated software release... so I am stuck with only a free chess game on my ipad2, until Apple comes out with something.... frustrating.
Also email the tech's, but no response.
