I'm currently using an iPhone 4 (iOS 4.3.3) and push notifications have stopped working. The only app that seems to still be pushing is TextPlus. In my case Facebook, Scrabble, Gowalla and Twitter have all stopped working.
Here is what I have already tried:
None of these things worked. Are there any suggestions that will definitively help fix this issue? I'm at a loss.

go tho the setting menu there is an option for notifications check if every application that you want to have notifications is turned on
Yes, I already did that, should have mentioned it. All of those applications have the notifications turned on.
another thing to mention applications such as facebook have their own settings in the setting menu which have a push notification option aswell try that aswell

Its been about 2 weeks, have you figured out a solutions for this problem? My push notifications just stopped today as soon as i downloaded 4.3.3
No solid fix as of yet. I took my phone into an Apple Store and they ended up replacing my phone but it didn't fix the problem at the time.
I think it's a mixture of an App problem and hardware problem. That being said, Scrabble started notifying me again for no real reason. The only app I have that still isn't notifying me is Gowalla which according to them is an issue for some users with the current version of the app and a fix is in the works.
It's very strange and there doesn't seem to be any ryhme or reason to it.
I hope in the new version of the iOS they get this problem fixed for good.
i have a same problem i've updated iOS 4.3.3 and suddenly my notification stops working. my phone factory unlocked and not jailbroken
Once the push notifications get corrupted there's only one fix that has worked for me so far.
Restore firmware and do not restore any backups. Choose new device in iTunes, seems like the problem comes back when restoring previous backups
Try this: Go to Settings - Wifi... then in DNS field write the following: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
And tell me what happens
Notifications don't always work smoothly for me. Some apps are better than others about it. That leads me to believe it's a problem with the coding done by the app developer.
Mail, SMS, Phone, Calender, etc. always work perfectly.
Facebook works about 80% of the time, Justin.tv works about 10% of the time. Google+ never notifys me.
You need to turn on individual notifications under Settings > Facebook > Push Notifications, BUT (and this is a big and confusing BUT) you also need to turn on global push settings under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendards > Fetch New Data (and change the Push slider to 'on'). This doesn't sound like it makes sense, but I guess that the push slider under 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars' is actually for ALL push notifications on iPhone, and not just Mail, Contacts and Calendar apps!

I have the exact same problem you have? I can occasionally getpushnotification, but only once a day fore facebook. For twitter, I get nothing and newer got. Other programs never got any notification att all.Push notification is on both under notification center and therespective programs.I have iOS 5.0.1 on iPhone 4S.
Hey guys what I did was whenever my vibration settings were turned off my facebook notifactions never showerd up even though other were working but when I turned on vibration I was getting all the alerts in notification center from facebook.
It works!!
