I made backup copies of some of our DVDs using Handbrake and included the Closed Captions for them. When I turn subtitles on on my 2nd gen apple tv, it doesn't show all the subtitles. Some of them have 2 lines of text, and it will only show the top line. Is there a fix for this?

Presumably you meant not showing or is it now fixed?
If latest update has not helped I think all you can do is send feedback:
Meant to say NOT showing. Subtitles on Apple's videos show fine, but not ones I did with Handbrake.
The problem is the apple tv is looking for subtitles marked as the default language which is most likely English. You need to use a program like Subler to edit the metadata to say the subtitles are English as Handbrake inputs them as unknown.
I opened up Subler and put one of the movies on. It listed the Subtitle Track as English right when i opened it, so I don't think that is the issue.
