Q: Microsoft Office 2011 - Word won't launch and is replaced by a question mark on the dock

PowerPoint and Excel seem to work fine but Word simply won't launch.

I've tried removing Word from the dock - no joy, and I've also re-installed Office but again, no luck.

Any other ideas?
