Cleaning up system tray, or whatever it might be called in Mac OS...

I've noticed that I'm getting icons at the very far top right end of the screen near the spotlight search, date/time and battery indicator. While I appreciate having those there, I've noticed that a MobilMe (which I'm not a subscriber) icon has appeared next to a Time Machine icon. I'd like to use Time Machine someday soon, but I'd like to remove the MobilMe icon. I've tried to discover for myself, but does anybody have any idea how to deactivate it?

Thanks in advance,

Sly

Thank you for clueing me into what that bar is actually called. I looked up information on it using the Help search menu and found this:

To rearrange the menu bar icons on the right end of the menu bar, hold down the Command key while dragging the icons. To remove them, hold down the Command key and drag them out of the menu bar.

That worked so well. Thanks again...
