Snow leopard freezes up every time I get on my computer it seems forcing me to reboot. Everything is slower with this also.

Leopard gave me gave me no problems at all and was faster to run.

I upgraded some time ago while still under warranty, and I had problems but did not know snow leopard was the cause. The Apple techs went through a long testing period and set my computer back to leopard again. If I had known that snow was the problem I would have thrown my disk away but I re-installed snow again and low and behold all my problems came back. I have downloaded every update to snow but nothing has improved it.

I do have time machine.

Sorry to hear that, Snow Leopard runs as fast or faster than either Tiger and Leopard did on my Jan 2006 Early Intel iMac on 2GB of RAM?

Before you blame Snow Leopard, run the Extended Apple Hardware Test and check the SMART status of your Hard Drive to make sure that you do not have another problem.
