Q: iTunes store won't zoom out on computer

When I was searching for songs on iTunes and I moved my mouse, the screen for the iTunes store zoomed in a lot. I've tried ctrl+- since that normally works but it just won't go. All the text and pictures are really large at the store, but the rest of iTunes isn't effected. I'd there anything I can do to restore the screen to its normal size?

Thanks!

This doesn't seem to be an issue with iTunes itself. In iTunes, to my understanding, you don't have the option to zoom in or zoom out as you do, say, in Safari. You can go into Preferences> General, then under "Source text" and "List Text" you can select "Small" or "Large" font. It's not much, but I prefer large.

If you are on a Windows platform, you need to review your "Magnifier" zoom level. It may have been activated with a CTRL+Mouse scroll, or similar action. "Control Panels>Settings>Mouse" should have more options. Try changing any zoom settings to something different, or if there is a "restore default". It depends on the brand of mouse and drivers you have for it.

    I hope this helps.

This helped me zoom out so I could see the right menu options, but the side-scrolling bar is still missing.  Even though it zooms out, the arrow icon doesn't turn into the hand icon to select the items on the menu.  I know I can scroll with the mouse wheel, but the missing bar and the mouse icon not changing makes me think it still may be an issue with iTunes itself.

Hi, for fix this issue only you need to ajust the DPI settings in your Windows.

    1. Right click in your mouse on desktop

    2. Click on "screen resolution"

    3. Select "Make text and other ítems larger or smaller"

    4. Select "Smaller - 100%(default)".

Thank you for your directions. I still need the rest of my PC to work with the BIG fonts.
I really hope there is a way iTunes can be fixed, I'm a iTunes Music subscriber but I cannot keep changing the visualization setups everytime I open iTunes (the Windows procedure to modify this setup is quite burdersome).

So I'm stuck with the ZOOM problem, which means the store cannot be accessed properly.

Thanks for any help, I'll wait for a possibile solution some more days before canceling the subscription and uninstalling iTunes.

    Take care
