Search Function

Hi,

I am new to Aperture and just wondering how the search option is the top right corner works. Whenever I name a photo (version name) through Metadata and then try to search that name I do not get any results. This is also the case when adding a caption / keywords.. Search just doesn't seem to be working?? Am I missing something out?

Help would be appreciated!
