how to show all my threads/posts?

I got some advice to try and find a way to see all my posts/threads and it does not seem to be working.

I was told to Got to Your Stuff Tab then on Personalize then in the Widgets click on Content then on the next column Your Content and click where it says Drag to Add to the main area of the page. However, this breaks down on this end at the Personalize.

I have "New, "Your Stuff" "History" and "Browse".

None seem to get me where I need to go and I'm having a hard time following up on my threads because I can't find them.

Your Stuff > Discussions is the place to go to follow your topics and topics in which you've posted...

You can also use widgets effectively, but if you want to go directly to a list of threads you've participated in, and see which ones have been updated with new content, the Discussions link is the most efficient way (i.e., using fewest clicks) of doing that.
