I Photo no room on HD

I want to put iphoto on a back up drive, but I do not know how to do it.

I have my computer backed up via time machine, on a 1TB passport hd

I have another 1tb hd to put my iphoto's and movies on but I do not know how to do it.

I have looked at the help instructions and they do not mention any solutions.

Jim:

Are you saying that you want to run your iPhoto library from that second external hard drive? If so then do the following:

connect the second EHD to your computer.
drag the iPhoto Library package that's located in your Home/Pictures folder to the EHD.
launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and select the library on the EHD.
once you're satisfied that the EHD library is working properly you can delete the library on your boot drive.
