iPhoneYour iPad 2 has AirPrint installed. This explains how to use it with compatible printers, http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356
If you don't have a compatible printer, you can use Printopia to print to your Mac's printers.
If you use a Windows computer, do Google search for "AirPrint for Windows" and you'll find several solutions, none of which I have any experience with

About AirPrint - Apple Support
If your printer is not an AirPrint enabled printer you will have to see if there is a printing app in the App Store for your printer. There are apps for specific printer/printer manufacturers and apps for many printers.
