How do I become a beta tester for Apple's upcoming iPod Touch 5th generation, iPad 3, or Macbook?

Before a new product is released, I always see people have it days, even weeks, before it is released to the public. I know that there are people who test the product out and I wanted to know where/how I can sign up for it or contact Apple about it. Thanks for your time!
